Brewing coffee with cold water preserves the delicate flavour compounds while eliminating the bitter acids and oils that result from brewing at higher temperatures. A high-grade mesh filter ensures the clarity of the prepared beverage.
All you need to do to brew delicious, rich-tasting coffee is:
- grind your favourite coffee and pour it into a strainer (about 5g of coffee for every 100 ml of water)
- place the strainer in the carafe
- Pour cold water over the coffee, then stir gently
- place the whole in the fridge for 12 to 36 hours, depending on your preference
- then remove the strainer and enjoy the taste of delicious coffee
