2. how long is the lease agreement for the coffee machine?
The standard contract lasts for 36 months, but flexible variants are possible to suit the needs of your business.
3. what if the coffee machine breaks down?
We provide a service within 24 hours and a replacement machine in a maximum of 48 hours so that you are not left without coffee.
4. do I have to buy coffee only from Story Coffee?
Yes, the lease of the coffee machine is linked to the regular purchase of freshly roasted coffee from our roaster.
5. is there an additional charge for service and maintenance?
As part of the contract, servicing, inspections and a replacement coffee machine can be completely free of charge - depending on the cooperation option chosen.
