The beans in Blend No.2 come from botanical varieties typical of Brazil and Honduras, such as Mundo Novo, Catuai and Bourbon. These classic varieties are known for their harmonious flavour profiles, combining sweetness, chocolate notes and delicate acidity.

Processing method

Blend No.2 combines beans processed using the natural method (typical in Brazil), which gives the coffee sweetness and fullness, with beans from Honduras, where the washed method is often used, emphasising purity and complexity of flavour. The result is a perfectly balanced and versatile coffee.
