What kind of coffee beans would you enjoy here?

Coffee beans - which one to choose? Someone who enjoys drinking coffee and already has a definite preference will consciously choose arabica or robusta. Perhaps it also matters to him or her what land, altitude or continent it was grown on and whether it was heavily or lightly roasted.

One who does not have an educated palate but likes to drink coffee or does not yet know that he likes it (basically everyone likes it) should be given several types to try and let him choose which one he likes best. When do you drink your first coffee? 

I suspect that I doubt that you do this in the evening. But I only suspect because, after all, people are as unpredictable as the weather in April. Fortunately. Otherwise it would be hopeless and gloomy like November.

Drink in the morning. By noon at the latest. Like me. The first one. The second one after lunch is for a fix. Coffee beans is a legitimate and natural pharmacological aid to the enthusiasm of the current day. At a certain age, this wisdom comes to a person, and yet, regardless of the number of days lived, just today is the first day of the rest of our lives. And once the coffee stops working we go to bed. And once everything stops working, we go to sleep forever. So don't fall asleep on me here! Have a cup of coffee!

Brazil Mogiana, which is a blend of Brazilian coffees, and I wonder if the fact that coffees grow so well in the Amazon is not due to the black soil, or terra pretta. I will have to investigate this at some point. In any case, it's a blend of coffee varieties invented in Brazil.

But is it really of fundamental importance to the coffee drinker who enjoys a coffee that he has made himself a brew from a blend that contains Mundo Novo, a 1931 Sao Paolo-bred natural cross between Sumatra and the red Bourbon variety? Really? If so, then there is also Catuai, a cross between the Caturra and Mundo Novo varieties, and Catucai, a cross between Icatu and Catuai.This was information for coffee sommeliers; for those who do not have such specialist knowledge, all I can say is that it tastes pleasant and delicate.

Peru, with a flavour profile of chocolate and grapefruit. Highly cultivated (as it is in Peru), which means the coffee fruit takes longer to ripen due to the harsher climate, and thus more aroma is acquired. The aroma permeates the bean, so it also coffee beans more aromatic. To me, there is a very slight acidity in this blend.

Dolce, from Brazil and Ethiopia (where coffee was domesticated). Perfect with milk. I like to wait for it to cool, add milk from the fridge and I have ice coffee. For dessert it's as good as it gets. But my Better Half prefers it with milk warm. And how do you like it? You'll find out when you try both methods.

Blend No.2, a blend of beans from Brazil and Honduras. My favourite in this set. Yes, this one tastes best to me as an espresso in the morning.
