Brazil. The country's full chocolate and nutty flavours are a result of its ideal climatic conditions and long tradition of coffee cultivation.

Botanical varieties

Mundo Novo - a natural hybrid of Typica and Bourbon varieties, with high yields and disease resistance.

Topazio - a cross between the Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties, valued for its good grain quality and disease resistance.

Processing method

Natural - the beans are dried together with the pulp of the fruit, giving the coffee a fuller flavour and higher sweetness.

Traditional Warszawska offers a rich and harmonious flavour with dominant notes of dark chocolate and walnut, ideal for espresso and milk coffees.

Instructions for brewing in a coffee machine:

DOZA - Fill the strainer fully with coffee, without kneading.
EARNINGS - You will receive a portion of coffee according to the size of the coffee machine.
STEEPING TIME - To the very end!

✅ The rules for the perfect café coffee:

  • Always brew a full portion - as much as the café is designed for.
  • Pour into the lower reservoir boiling water - exactly to the level of the valve.
  • Remove the coffee machine from the heat, as soon as the coffee stops flowing into the upper container.
