Sencha is a single species of tea, but it is produced over a very large area, unlike, for example, classic Chinese teas, which are defined not only by the production technique, but also by a very specific, limited production region and the tea's characteristic bush varieties.
Our Chinese Sencha surprises with its fresh aroma and mild flavour. Some say it tastes better the second time you brew it.
