This coffee is an explosion of juicy fruit and delicate sweetness, highlighted by a smooth body and complex flavour profile. Imagine notes of fresh berries and strawberries blending perfectly with accents of black tea, milk chocolate and dried fruit, all in one cup. Thanks to the careful roasting to a medium profile, Ethiopia Guji is perfect both as an intense espresso and in delicate milky compositions. This is a coffee that not only surprises, but also stays in your memory. If you are looking for an espresso that is full of life, this is a coffee you cannot miss!

What makes our coffee so special?

Region

The coffee comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia, more specifically the Hambela Wamena district. The beans are harvested at an altitude of between 1,900 and 2,100 metres above sea level, which favours the development of a complex flavour profile.

Botanical varieties

The coffee comes from the Benti Nenka processing station, which works with local farmers growing traditional botanical varieties known as heirloom. The attention to every stage of production ensures that the coffee is of high quality, which you can definitely feel in your cup.

Processing method

The beans undergo natural processing, during which they are dried in the sun on special beds. This process brings out the intense fruity notes in the coffee.

How does our Ethiopian taste in a cup?

Ethiopia Guji Natural Espresso is a true feast for the senses. In every sip, you will feel juicy berries and ripe strawberries, intertwined with delicate accents of black tea. On the finish, you can sense the sweetness of milk chocolate and subtle notes of dried fruit, giving the coffee depth and complexity. This is the ideal choice for those who want to discover the rich flavours of Ethiopian coffees in the form of a great espresso.

How to prepare?

Ethiopia

Ethiopia is widely recognised as the cradle of coffee, offering some of the most unique and complex flavour profiles in the world. The diversity of microclimates, high altitude plantations and traditional cultivation methods make Ethiopian coffees prized for their floral and fruity notes that set them apart from other regions.

Every coffee we roast is unique and has a story, just like the people behind it. That's why we approach each bean with great respect during roasting and highlight what it has to offer.
