Our trainers are titled and certified baristas (including 2nd Vice Champion of Polish Barista 2005 and Vice Champion of Polish Roasting 2018). They act as judges for the Polish Barista Championship and their experience is backed up by years of working in some of Poland's trendiest cafés. The knowledge they impart is objective, reliable and in accordance with the highest SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) Standards and the training takes place with the highest quality coffee machines and accessories.
