Our mission is to strive for the most sustainable coffee market, at every level. That is why it is so important for us to tracebility where we know the origin of our coffee and every stage of it.
Relationships with our suppliers and customers are equally important to us, which is why direct relationships are another important focus for us, and direct trade in the near future.

Every coffee we roast is unique and has a story, just like the people behind it. That's why we approach each bean with great respect during roasting and highlight what it has to offer.
CEO
It was Robert who infected Paweł with his passion for the black brew. Today, Paweł is heavily involved in promoting Speciality coffee in Poland and developing the Story Coffee Roasters brand.
Co-owner
Like Paul, it was Robert who infected Maciek with good coffee. From now on Maciek starts every day in Kenya with a V60. On a daily basis, you can meet Maciek at the office and at events.
Rafa Garcia
Roaster
Rafa started his coffee adventure over 10 years ago in Barcelona, first as a Barista, then as a Roaster. Now he oversees production at STORY. Apart from coffee, he loves old cinema, taking photos and playing the guitar.
Marketing Manager
Apart from flatwhite, Djoana loves cubano and salsa. An orchestra man full of energy and a smile.

Full of smiles and energy, Ola instils a passion for coffee in new Baristas and watches over the quality of coffee with our business partners.
