Sweet Brazil - São Pedro da Canastra

This is not another ordinary Mogiana. It's Sweet Brazil, our freshly reimagined classic. Still Brazilian, still perfect for an everyday espresso, but now turned up to the max.
Why? Because we're no longer talking about ordinary Mogian - we're talking about coffee from the farm São Pedro da Canastra, located in the heart of the Cerrado Mineiro, in the Serra da Canastra region.
It is here, at an altitude of over 1200 m above sea level., beans are grown that are characterised by exceptional sweetness, a smooth body and notes of chocolate, nuts and yellow fruits.

The coffee comes from a variety of Catuai and Catucai, naturally processed, resulting in a sensory profile that is full, round and incredibly pleasant. You can expect notes of honey, brown sugar, peach and a slightly caramel finish.

Sweet Brazil is more than just a classic espresso - it's an everyday indulgence that you want to have on hand at all times

What makes our coffee so special?

Region

Canastra, thanks to its unique location and specific microclimate, favours longer ripening of the coffee fruit. The result? A more intense sweetness and a perfect, velvety texture.

Botanical varieties

Yellow Catucaí is a Brazilian botanical variety developed from a combination of Yellow Catuai and Icatu, valued for its disease resistance and yellow fruit ripening on the bushes. Its genetics translate into crop stability and a distinctive coffee sensory profile. In the cup, it offers a high, honey-caramel sweetness with hints of yellow fruit, mild citrus acidity and a medium, creamy body with a velvety texture. This variety is ideal for those who appreciate the balance between classic Brazilian sweetness and delicate fruity freshness.

Processing method

Natural - the beans are dried together with the pulp of the fruit, giving the coffee a fuller flavour and higher sweetness.

What does Sweet Brazil taste like?

Imagine a cup full of perfection where the first taste notes transport you to a world of chocolate, caramel, marzipan, nuts. This combination creates a rich and harmonious taste, ideal for espresso and milk coffees such as cappuccino or flat white. Each sip is an explosion of smoothness and fullness that ends with a long, satisfying finish.
