Brazil Fazenda Pedro da Canastra Twist Blend

Why do we call it Twist Blend? Because this is no ordinary Brazilian coffee. We combined the classic Yellow Catucaí in natural processing with Yellow Catucaí and a 2SL variety fermented anaerobically - and the perfect blend came out of it. In the cup, the flavour balance does the job: clear 70% chocolate meets notes of blueberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries - exactly the right amount, nothing dominates. The whole is complemented by a velvety texture and a medium, pleasantly smooth body.
