Dolce is a harmonious blend of beans from Brazil and Ethiopia, roasted to a medium degree, ideal for espresso. Imagine forest fruits embedded in milk chocolate - that is the essence of this coffee. Its delicate character, low acidity and pronounced sweetness make every cup a pure pleasure. Dolce blends perfectly both as a classic espresso and in combination with milk, offering a mild and balanced flavour.
Mundo Novo - a natural hybrid of Typica and Bourbon varieties, with high yields and disease resistance.
Catuai - a cross between the Mundo Novo and Caturra varieties, valued for its compact growth and good grain quality.
Heirloom - traditional Ethiopian varieties, known for their distinctive fruity and floral notes.
The cherries have undergone natural processing. In this process, the beans are dried whole with the pulp of the fruit, preserving their natural sweetness and fullness of flavour. As a result, the coffee is distinguished by intense chocolate notes with a delicate fruity touch, which harmonise perfectly in the cup.
Brazil and Ethiopia are two exceptional countries that play a key role in the world of coffee, offering beans with unique character. Brazil, the world's largest coffee producer, is renowned for its coffees with mild, chocolatey notes, low acidity and full body. This is due to its tropical climate, fertile soils and traditional growing methods. Ethiopia, on the other hand, considered the cradle of coffee, impresses with its diverse microclimates and cultivation traditions dating back hundreds of years. The beans from Ethiopia are often characterised by fruity and floral notes that bring a unique lightness and subtlety to the blend. Together, they create a perfect harmony of flavour that sets the blend apart Dolce
