It is precisely on summer days that we enjoy sipping a cold coffee, such as Cold Brew or Iced Coffee. Find out which coffee beans will be easy to prepare cold. Cold Brew

Classic coffee beans cold brew is Cold Brew. This is nothing more than coffee brewed cold for a long time. Using this method, it is possible to obtain its delicate flavour without the bitterness that accompanies hot brewed coffees. To prepare Cold Brew you will need the following products:

First pour the coffee into a large jug or jar. Then pour in the water and stir well. Cover the container and place in the fridge, preferably for 24 hours. After this time, strain the coffee through a gauze or special coffee filter. Serve Cold Brew over ice. You can also add milk, sugar or any flavoured syrup to the drink.

Iced Coffee

It is quick to prepare, refreshing coffee for the summer. It is first steamed hot and then cooled and served over ice. To prepare Iced Coffee, you need to stock up on ingredients such as:

  • Coffee beans freshly brewed and hot: 1 cup
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk or flavoured syrup (optional)

First brew your favourite coffee beans, then fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the brewed, hot cup of coffee over the whole thing. Add milk (can be either cow's or plant-based) or flavoured syrup. Stir gently and serve the Iced Coffee immediately after preparation.

  • Vanilla ice cream: 1 scoop

  • Cold water: ½ glass

Pour the instant coffee with the sugar into a tall glass. Add a little cold water and mix well - you can do this with a shaker or mixer. Add ice and the rest of the water. Pour in the milk in as much quantity as you like, then stir well and... done.

One of the trendiest offerings when it comes to summer coffees. The drink combines the intense taste of espresso and a refreshing tonic. To prepare the coffee, stock up on a few products such as:

  • Freshly brewed espresso: 1 cup
  • Tonic: 1 glass
  • Ice
  • Lemon or lime: 1 slice
