The Two-Side Crepe (two wavy layers) design works as follows: initially, the water flows quickly, allowing extraction to be initiated quickly; then, due to the adhesion of the coffee particles, the flow slows down, leading to a full, sweet and thick brew. Ideally suited for popular conical drippers such as Hario V60-02, Origami M, Cafec Flower Dripper and other models in cup size 4.
