Comandante also uses efficient BPA-free polymers that meet the strictest food safety standards. These materials are designed to withstand years of heavy use. The brand also loves natural wood. The solid oak handles, produced by friends in the German Black Forest, are both ergonomic and beautiful to the eye thanks to the unique grain structure of the oak.<\/p>\n<p>A robust and elegant powder coating - painted and cured at a high temperature - is used for this model.<\/p>\n<p>Each grinder contains two jars for the ground coffee: one jar of brown glass and one of transparent polymer.
