We will try to prove that coffee grounds are not waste. <strong>The second life of coffee<\/strong> can be just as valuable as the first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coffee grounds as fertiliser - how to use?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people are wondering how to use <strong>coffee grounds<\/strong>. It turns out that they can be used, for example. <strong>in the garden<\/strong>. They can be a real energy boost for plants. All thanks to their potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen content - ingredients that effectively support plant growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Which plants will coffee grounds work best for? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We suggest using them to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hydrangeas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>heather,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>blueberries,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ferns,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tomatoes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simply spread a thin layer of dried grounds around the plants. You can also mix them into the soil in the pot. <strong>In the garden, coffee grounds <\/strong>can also form a valuable part of the compost. With them, the composter will speed up fermentation and the quality of humus will improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A natural coffee scrub or home spa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The grounds of<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/storycoffee.pl\/en\/shop\/coffee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coffee beans<\/a><\/strong> can also be used to prepare <strong>homemade coffee scrub<\/strong>. Coffee has natural exfoliating properties and stimulates circulation.
