Ethiopia Gemechu Shonora - a coffee that combines tradition with modernity.

Under the spreading branches of the Harruu tree, where the Oromo community gathers for traditional gatherings, the coffee that has united people for generations is born. Harruu Bunnaqaa Plantation is named after this special place where Oromo, Gadaa and Qaalluu leaders come together to share coffee, blessings and peace.

High location Guji region and fertile soils give this coffee unique character. Grains from the grower Gemechu Shonoradelight with intense, complex notes - soodles of tangerine, a light, hoppy freshness and a subtle, honeyed sweetness. This harvest has undergone a natural treatment: the ripe cherries have been dried on elevated tables for 22 days, bringing out their natural sweetness and intensity of flavours.

As a result, this coffee is filled with fresh, herbal and citrus notes, which are surprising in their depth and balance.

If you are looking for a coffee that combines deep tradition, a unique production process and exceptional taste, Ethiopia Gemechu Shonora is the perfect choice. Indulge in a journey into the heart of Ethiopia with every cup of this extraordinary coffee.
